Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use our Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Some features require an account. When you create one, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or to protect our Services and other users.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Break the law or use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other people.
• Post or share content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or any data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our Services, or bypass security or rate-limiting measures.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our Services except as we expressly allow.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of our Services except where the law permits.

Our Services may let you submit content, for example survey responses, support messages, or other feedback (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant Intrepidus Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and improve our Services.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful, at our discretion.

From time to time we offer playtests, betas, and other early access to games or features. This content is provided as-is and may be incomplete, change, or be discontinued at any time. If we share confidential playtest information with you, you agree to keep it confidential unless we say otherwise.

Our Services, including our games, artwork, logos, text, and software, are owned by Intrepidus Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights we expressly grant you, you may not use our name, logos, or content without our prior written permission.

Our Services may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Discord for sign-in, or our email and hosting providers). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that our Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrepidus Games and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intrepidus Games from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You can stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, for example if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. By continuing to use our Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
